Terrible night at 60 cent wing night. They were busy, but the problems we encountered had nothing to do with them being busy. It also wasn't busy enough for us to have to wait when we got there. First, there was only one bartender, which made drinks slow to come by. Second, It took 43 minutes for us to finally get our wings after ordering. Third, when we did get our food the french fries were less than luke warm and inedible. Fourth, some of the vegetable looked old and very wilted. Not even the manager could explain the vegetables. Lastly, all the wings with dry rub were not prepared properly. The wings were put into the containers for serving and the flavor seasoning was dumped over the top, leaving most of the wings not covered by dry rub. We did tell the manager Dave and our waitress. We got nothing in return besides an apology. We won't return.

Love this place. Been 3 times and it gets better with each visit. The last visit we got to test taste most of their great sauces. Found a new favorite OFF the menu-wasabi. So good! I love getting their boneless wings with up to 3 different flavors. Garlic, Asian, wasabi!!! YUM! I haven't tried anything else yet but I will. Played trivia, ate chicken and drank beer. Good times. You should stop by for a visit.

BWW has a lot of average tasting fried foods (no surprise there) and okay drink specials. We have always had nice servers and if it is your kind of place (TVs no matter where you look) then party on. For me, it's too much tv and sports. The chicken is a little above average. They are open later though which is a plus living in a city that shuts down at 10pm.

The bar staff is friendly and the food is decently priced. I work nearby and will usually grab lunch here a couple times a week. If you go on a day where any sporting event is playing, prepare to wait. Also, they have that 2pm liquor law. I've only had one problem in the 50+ times I've been there and the general manager, Bryan, was very nice about it. Unfortunately, the employee I had a problem with still recognizes me and, coincidentally, whenever he's working my food takes over 40 minutes to get to my table even if I'm the only person sitting at the bar before lunch rush. I didn't take the star away because of a single employee's attitude. I took it away because of the lack of consistency of service and food preparation.

We came in on a Tuesday for $.60 wings. All the flavors were good. The jerk wings however were quite sweet even know regular jerk is not sweet. Teriyaki were standard teriyaki and good. The garlic Parmesan was quite tasty although it was a little bit spicier than I expected. The curry was really very good. The dry rub chipotle barbecue was great. The kids really liked the artichoke dip and had two of them however the chips were quite salty. All in all it was good.

We've tried the other big wing places in town. Buffalo Wild Wings always wins when it comes to chicken. Today we had our usual Mozzarella Sticks and Wedges with shredded cheese. Then an assortment of traditional and boneless wings. Our favorite flavors are teriyaki, spicy garlic, and desert heat. Service was good today and the volume was just right. Tip: if you're noise sensitive, skip weekend nights and trivia night. That's when the TVs and speakers are cranked to high volume. The rest of the time, it's all good.

The fired pickles are to die for. Today that's all I ordered with My Buffalo Zoo. The waitress was do friendly and explained all the new items. It's a great family atmosphere or you can just chill at the bar and watch a little sports. They've got my vote. You never know what you'll see on the Big Screen TV's. My guy really liked the soda berry fizz along with the pulled pork barbecue sand which. The food is always hot and delicious. Peace Out

I have mixed feelings about this place. I already knew it was going to be busy on the Friday night I went, so that does not have a weight on this review. Besides, my group of 4 only waited about 15-20 minutes, which isn't too bad. We also had the option of trying to find seating in the back by the bar, but if you couldn't find seating then you just had to wait for your buzzer to go off. Our waitress was pretty nice and friendly with us. I feel like it took longer than the usual wait time to get our water and our main course. The mozzarella sticks we ordered came out pretty fast, but those disappeared quickly. While I the waitress was taking my order, I was glad she told me that the "Hot" wings were a dry rub and not a wet sauce (I think I ended up having to get "Wild" or something. They had a lot of sauces and a lot of stuff on the menu, so I'm glad I knew what I wanted and was just there to get wings (saw that they let you taste test the sauces). My fiancee and I split a combo mean of boneless chicken and wings (no fries or celery included). The pricing was okay, wasn't what I wanted us to pay for some wings, but I guess for the brand that's what you pay. The ambiance is hectic, I almost felt like I had to rush while I was eating. There's about a thousand TVs. I think it was just sensory overload. It's a bit noisy too, so this place gives off that sports bar vibe. Not really sure I'll ever go there again on a night, especially during the weekend.

The service here was ok. Seem to take awhile to get our food. This place was extremely loud. There was a drunk lady behind us yelling and dancing around. The food that I got was pretty good only thing I didn't like about it was the barbecue sauce that they used on the chicken wrap the French fries or crispy and good and I'm not really a french fry a person. But if you're looking to go out to watch some sports they have a burger and some fries this place is ok with that being said hopefully this helps you guys out and making a decision. If you want to go here or not.

BWW is one of the few places that opens late, so yay! They also offer $3 Happy Hour specials twice a day; one in the afternoon and one close to midnight. The specials include beer and snacks. My bf and I came here for UFC fight. Surprisingly for a big game, none of their tvs were showing it. However, when we asked the manager, he gladly changed it for us. Our server, Drea, was new, but she was pretty timely and friendly. She also had another server monitor her, lol. Later, that server came by to ask us how Drea was doing. We told her Drea was doing a great job. As you can imagine one of Buffalo Wild Wings' main attraction are their wings. They have a pretty wide selection from saucy to dry-rub. They also have a big selection of flavors and degree of spiciness. We ordered 30 wings and got 6 flavors. One of the 6 flavors we picked was the spiciest one. One piece won't do it to you, but you start feeling the burn after the second wing. It's pretty spicy, but I've had spicier. It won't burn holes into your stomach, but it might burn some of your lips off.

Went for lunch with my uncle and a family friend, our servers name was la la, she was awesome! It was 60 cent wings, such a good deal! Their teriyaki wings are the best!! I absolutely love this place. They also carry a lot of beers that most restaurants don't. You can always watch sports and fights there too. Its an all around awesome place. They have these people that come around, they're called "guest experience captains", they are supposed to make sure everything is going well, bring you free beer samples, and give you free stuff basically. I recommend this place for everyone!

We were here on Sunday afternoon. Got right in & had our choice of seats. Our server was quick getting us drinks. After that everything went down. We had to flag down our server & ask to order. I ordered wings, my husband ordered a burger. When the food came, the wings were very over cooked, tough and dry. My husband's burger was better, but it was an open-faced one and we had to wait 10 minutes before we saw our server walking past to ask her for silverware. We had finished eating and our drinks were empty for another ten minutes before we saw the server to ask for the check. After another great length of time we finally got the check and left. Definitely won't be returning, even though I love the atmosphere on game day.

Went for a late night dinner with my Mother ( who had never been to a BWW) and we ordered the sampler platters. NOTHING on our plates was warm - everything was cold and the wings were hard, dry, and cold. The worst wings I have ever eaten and my Mother seconds that opinion. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but the food was awful. I will not be going back.

I had to take away a star for the presentation of the food, everything was served on plastic plates or paper trays like snack bar food. even plastic forks and knives.the service was excellent, Emily was very attentive and friendly. The do have a very good selection of sauces. full bar and decent drink prices. we went on a night that the boneless wings were 50 cents.so we ordered 2 dozen and mixed up the sauce. I got 6 Parmesan Garlic and 6 mild. my buddy got 6 hot BBQ and 6 mango habanero.these were all good.we ate drank and left, cool place I will return to try the ribs soon.

We ended up here before seeing a movie, since it was close & we could enjoy a few beers and walk to the movie theatre. The food was good, and I love the million different options of sauces available for my pulled pork sandwich. The fries were delicious and fresh. Negatives: The beer was expensive compared to other local spots, and the service was lacking. We sat at the bar and our order came out wrong, our server forgot to bring my beer, and we had to wait 10 minutes once our food came to grab our servers attention so we could get some silverware to eat with. I think it was mostly a case of our server also being the only bartender working on a busy weekend night, as she was nice & tried to be helpful, but it definitely impacted our meal... in a bad way. I would probably go again if in the area, but would not seek this place out.

Charging 60 cents for celery and carrots with my wings is crazy. $2.29 for a coke is also high compared to other chains. I went for lunch and ordered all flats for my wings but I received all drums. This was corrected after a few minutes but when people come on lunch we don't have a lot of time so the orders need to be correct.

Have you ever received your guest check before your drink? No? Here's how our night went: Sat down, ordered drinks, ordered food, received bill. After receving the bill, I walked halfway across the restaurant to request a few cups so I could serve the drink to MYSELF from their soda fountain. Instead of apologizing, the waitress actually agreed to this and gave me 5-6 cups for our table. Food arrived about 20 minutes later. Food was average, minus an additional star for poor service.

Had lunch here today while out doing some shopping in the area, and I hate to say I was pretty disappointed. This was my first trip to Buffalo Wild Wings, so I played it safe to theme and ordered their wings. I got the buffalo wings with the buffalo seasoning - you can choose whether you want sauce or a dry seasoning. An order of the buffalo chips, which are thin sliced potato rounds, and some spinach artichoke dip for a starter. The dip was very watery and room temperature, which made it all the more obvious it was probably frozen to begin with. The chips were kinda stale and very salty. The buffalo chips were alright, just kinda plain. That's partially my fault, because you can get them with seasoning on them, but I chose not to. The wings were really dry. I got the boneless variation, and they seemed way over fried. They were kinda chewy, and the buffalo seasoning I got on them was like that buttery salt stuff you can get at the movie theater. 8 wings is like 10 bucks too, which is kinda crazy. My whole meal was like 25 bucks, which I thought was kinda high for what I was served. Our waitress was cute and friendly, she kept our drinks full, but when the overall experience is crappy, that decent service falls to the wayside.

Great Food, Great people, Great environment. This is a great place for friends and family and my #1 location in Orange Park for watching sports, packed during football season. Make no mistake: B Dubs is by every definition a chain restaurant designed to serve the masses. And serve the masses it does. The place was packed with Jags fans and other mall types the night we went, and I gulped when we walked in and heard the noise and saw the crowd. We waited five or ten minutes which gave me the chance to watch the staff and management in action. Impressive! For a place so big with so much staff, things seemed to run seamlessly. And the staff was surprisingly cheerful for what was undoubtedly a very long night. Can't say enough about the managers who were one minute lookouts in the crow's nest, deck hands the next minute, and the captain greeting guests another minute. Clearly experienced restaurant people. The bottom line: in a city that has very few good wing spots, BW3s nails wings. Can't speak for the rest of the standard fare, but there's favors-a-plenty, and the wings are the right size, cooked right, and tossed right. Buffalo sauce is just the right combo of heat and tanginess. And our food came out quickly and hot despite the giant crowd. I was able to see the expo area from my seat. Well oiled! Kudos to this place and its management. I'll be back when my wing craving strikes.

I have never sat down to eat in here...its always so loud that everyone has to scream to b heard..not my kind of place. I give 4 stars though because they are very friendly and fast. I order and by the time I get there, my food is hot and ready. they even recognize my voice from the phone! and when they bring my food out, they open every box and repeat my order to me so if its wrong, we both see it. I rarely go outside the box at this restaurant since its a wing place so all I can tell u is that their spicy garlic, hot bbq, and mango habernero wings are immaculent. Wedges are amazing, and their celery is always cold and crisp. Side salad very basic...not for those like myself who like a colorful, flavorful side salad. Only reason they don't have 5 stars is because of how loud it is in there...multiple big screen tvs, all on dif channels and all turned up as loud as possible lol I dont think I will ever sit and eat there just because I dont want my ears ringing at the end of the night. Overall, a great take out spot.
